As a Senior Account Representative for Search Ads 360, you'll manage major Home and Consumer Services and Apps SA360 clients in the Americas. You'll work closely with Product teams, Product Managers, and Engineers, impacting the platform's future. This role blends technical expertise with client interaction, focusing on optimizing search investments using automation, technology, and data management. Responsibilities involve articulating the value of Search Ads 360 to clients, reviewing business performance, partnering with cross-functional teams, driving feature prioritization and issue resolution, utilizing AI-powered solutions, and providing advanced solutions. You'll advise clients on maximizing Search Ads 360's capabilities and contribute to their growth.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years in advertising, sales, or marketing
  • Experience with Google Ads or Search Ads 360
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Solution-based selling expertise

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, online media environment, or marketing roles.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience with Google Ads or Search Ads 360.
  • Experience with media agencies, ad tech companies, and large media buying/trading companies.
  • Experience working with third-party ads serving tools.
  • Knowledge of solution-based selling.
  • Excellent business approach and record of building customer relationships.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.

As a Senior Account Representative, you will manage some of the largest Home and Consumer Services and Apps SA360 customers in the Americas and influence the future of our platform with Product teams, Product Managers, and Engineers. You will be on the technical side and get closer to clients/sales or someone who is in sales and wants to get closer to Product/Tech.

Automation, technology and effective data management are enabling our customers to improve their measurement and optimize their search investment in real time. In this role, you will be at the heart of this transformation, advising Google clients on how to make the most of Search Ads 360. You will also partner with Googlers in Large Customer Sales (LCS), gTech teams, and Product.

Our Large Customer Sales teams partner closely with many of the world’s biggest advertisers and agencies to develop digital solutions that build businesses and brands. We enjoy a bird’s eye view on the massive transformation occurring as advertising shifts to mobile and online platforms. We're uniquely situated to help shape how companies grow their businesses in the digital age. We advise clients on Google's broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $103,000-$148,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Articulate how customers and partners can use Google’s Search Ads 360 platform, services, and solutions to identify needs, solve problems, and drive growth for customers and Google.
  • Review business performance and projections for clients. Determine which customers will be aligned with specific metrics, share updates on opportunities and activities with clients and stakeholders.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams including Large Customer Sales sectors, Product Management, Engineering, and Technical Support to drive feature prioritization and issue resolution to enable client success.
  • Use optimization levers including our AI powered solutions/features on automation and attribution to drive desired performance for clients.
  • Engage with Search Ads 360 customers and provide advanced solutions involving Tech and Ads.
