Job Description

The New Business Sales Associate at Google will focus on acquiring high-potential advertisers and integrating Google's marketing products (YouTube, Google Ads, Google Display Network) into their strategies. This role involves building and managing relationships with C-level clients and senior partners, understanding their business challenges and marketing objectives. The associate will structure long-term strategies, lead cross-functional teams, and achieve growth goals by presenting Google's advertising solutions. Data-driven analysis, consultative recommendations, and securing new Google Ads clients are crucial responsibilities. Fluency in Russian or Polish is mandatory, and Ukrainian is preferred. The ideal candidate will have experience in digital sales, client management, and business development within the digital advertising industry.

Job Details

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience in digital sales, client management, customer service, business development, customer outreach, marketing, consulting, digital advertising, or related field.
  • Ability to communicate in either Russian or Polish fluently in order to work with stakeholders.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in advertising, consultative sales, or business development.
  • Experience working in the digital advertising sales industry.
  • Experience building a book of business and securing new customers while meeting goals.
  • Experience managing relationships with customers or agencies and service partners.
  • Ability to communicate in Ukrainian, Russian or Polish fluently in order to work with key stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Build and manage relationships with C-level clients and senior partner stakeholders. Develop a comprehensive understanding of their business challenges, marketing objectives, and success metrics.
  • Structure a clear, long-term joint strategy between Google and clients, and lead a cross-functional team within Google to collaborate on projects and drive client success. 
  • Plan for, and achieve, growth goals, through the presentation of Google advertising products/solutions that will help clients to meet their marketing objectives. 
  • Develop forward thinking, data-driven analyses and consultative recommendations that align with customer goals, and quantify high-impact opportunities with clear recommendations to present to customers.
  • Secure new Google Ads clients by presenting marketing solutions, and creating relevant ad campaigns that maximize their returns.
