Job Description

As a Producer, you will oversee the logistical aspects of a product, ensuring an efficient workflow. This includes managing resources, leading the Product Team's execution, coordinating communication, and maintaining processes. You will also be responsible for the team's well-being, preparing events, and managing communication when needed. You'll collaborate with team members on production planning and monitor progress, establish an efficient production environment, and remove obstacles to facilitate team progress. Furthermore, you will help develop and refine production processes, drive improvements in project management, facilitate cross-team collaboration.
Must have:

As a Producer, you are responsible for overseeing the logistical aspects of one of our products. You ensure an efficient workflow throughout the production process, which includes, but is not limited to, allocating and managing resources, leading the Product Team’s execution, coordinating communication and events, and maintaining processes and structure. Additionally, the Producer is responsible for the well-being of the Product Team, preparing events, and managing communication when needed.

YOUR MISSION

  • Assist the team in focusing on creating high-value deliverables that meet development standards and franchise guidelines.

  • Ensuring timely and efficient completion and accountability for deliverables by collaborating effectively with team members on production planning, workflow management and progress monitoring.

  • Establishing an effective and efficient production environment that increases the Team’s ability to self-manage. Foster a culture of accountability, ownership, and excellence within the production team.

  • Causing the removal of obstacles that hinder team progress, encouraging the team to resolve issues independently where possible.

  • Ensure that meetings and events are conducted efficiently, productively, and within the allocated time frame.

  • Help develop and refine production processes to improve efficiency, quality, and communication across all development teams & projects.

  • Drive continuous improvements in project management methodologies, team structures, workflows, and tool adoption.

  • Facilitate cross-team collaboration and knowledge sharing, leveraging synergies across multiple teams.

YOUR BACKSTORY

  • Several years of experience with mobile game development, live ops and publishing games on multiple platforms.

  • Deep expertise in game production processes, with a strong understanding of agile, waterfall, and hybrid methodologies.

  • Outstanding problem-solving abilities, with a pragmatic approach to overcoming production challenges.

  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and drive teams towards success.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong internal and external relationships.

  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to rapidly changing requirements and deadlines.

  • Proficiency with collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence or equivalent.

Nice to have:
  • Experience with hybrid, remote and multi-location game development teams.

  • Passion for grand strategy titles and online multiplayer games.

  • Proven track record in managing live operations, with a focus on real-time game management and player engagement optimization.
