This position offers a hybrid work model, allowing flexibility between working from home and our office.


Typically, employees are expected to work 2 days in the office per week.

As a Senior Candidate Partnerships Coordinator, this is what you’ll be doing:

The Senior Candidate Partnership Managers is a senior member of the events operations teams with responsibility for the operational efficiency of QS Connect including team supervision and training.  

 

Role responsibilities 

Process Management and product optimisation

  • Assist with the optimisation and automation of QS Connect, collaborating with internal stakeholders to advance the technology.  
  • Assisting in aligning QS Connect to business objectives and evolving client feedback.  
  • Play a key role in ensuring the accuracy of Automatch technology, responding to feedback and ensuring fast resolution.  

Team

  • Deputise for the Candidate Partnerships lead where required.  
  • Lead on training and onboarding of the Candidate Partnership Coordinator.  
  • Collaborate with the Event Operations team to ensure events are sufficiently staffed.  
  • Lead on training of OTD staff and the production of training videos and documentation.  

Client Communication and Management

  • Actively collaborate with the sales and customer service team to collect accurate and up-to-date client programme information.  
  • Act as a bridge between Candidate Partnership Coordinators and Sales/CSMs, reporting and acting on feedback and ensuring client satisfaction at all QS Connect Events.  

Event Operations and Delivery

  • Ensure efficient and best in class OTD operations and delivery at QS Connect and Discover ensuring  
  • Travel to and manage QS Connect events, whilst leading any OTD training with wider QS Teams
