Job Description

The Contracts Administrator will support MRI Software’s Legal and Commercial teams. This hybrid position involves paralegal support for acquisitions and privacy matters, as well as commercial operations responsibilities like sales productivity, quoting enablement, and Quote-to-Cash (QTC) support. You will collaborate with the Legal team and Commercial Operations teams gaining exposure to legal and business functions within a global tech company. This role requires maintaining confidential data rooms, assisting in the integration of acquired entities, preparing and reviewing contract summaries, managing the privacy mailbox, supporting legal meetings, conducting legal research, and acting as an advisor to sales teams. Additionally, you will be responsible for validating quotes, managing stakeholder requests, leading enablement sessions, and identifying process improvements. The role follows North American (EST) hours.
Must have:
  • Maintain confidential data rooms during acquisition due diligence.
  • Prepare and review contract summaries, grade contracts, and track legal actions.
  • Manage the privacy mailbox and respond to Data Subject Access Requests.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to sales teams throughout the Quote-to-Cash cycle.
  • Validate, approve, and ensure accuracy of quotes and contract submissions.
  • Strong analytical and organisational skills; attention to detail is essential.
Good to have:
  • Legal qualification or relevant experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Law, Accounting or related field.
  • Experience with Salesforce.com or similar CRM tools.

The Contracts Administrator will play a key cross-functional role, supporting MRI Software’s Legal and Commercial teams. This hybrid position combines paralegal support for acquisitions and privacy matters with commercial operations responsibilities focused on sales productivity, quoting enablement, and QTC (quote-to-cash) support.

You’ll work closely with the Legal team (including the General Counsel and UK Legal Counsel), and Commercial Operations (including Sales and Order Management teams), gaining exposure to the full scope of legal and business functions within a global tech company.

This role follows North American (EST) hours. 

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain confidential data rooms during acquisition due diligence

  • Assist in the integration of acquired entities into MRI systems and processes

  • Prepare and review contract summaries, grade contracts, and track legal actions

  • Manage the privacy mailbox, respond to Data Subject Access Requests where appropriate

  • Support the coordination of legal meetings, prepare agendas and minutes

  • Conduct occasional legal research and support document drafting

  • Handle confidential matters with discretion and sound judgment

  • Act as a trusted advisor to sales teams throughout the Quote-to-Cash cycle

  • Validate, approve, and ensure accuracy of quotes and contract submissions

  • Manage stakeholder requests via service request tools and track heritage requests

  • Lead regular enablement sessions to support quoting and sales process efficiency

  • Identify process improvements and help implement best practices for scalability

  • Maintain accurate records and ensure data quality across platforms like Salesforce

 

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Legal qualification or relevant experience (preferred)

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Law, Accounting or related field (preferred)

  • 3+ years of experience in Legal, Commercial Operations, Finance, or Contract Admin

  • Strong analytical and organisational skills; attention to detail is essential

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint

  • Experience with Salesforce.com or similar CRM tools

  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain confidentiality

  • Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills

  • Proactive, dependable, and capable of working independently
