Uniform Service

Uniform Specialist is responsible for maintaining Uniform Service and ensuring the compliance with Company policies and procedures

• Alter, create, repair, and restyle garments to meet unifrom specifications, using both hand sewing techniques and sewing machines to ensure a perfect fit and high-quality finish. 
• Cooperation with Evolution Academy and Human Resources to ensure availability of uniforms for  new hires/collection of uniforms from employees leaving the company;
• Analyzing and resolving quality and service problems;
•  Coordinating daily uniform service and maintaining stock of all uniforms; ordering, issuing, replacement, control of wear and tear, cleaning and utilization;
• Uniform stock management: perform regular inventories, keeping uniform storage and uniforms clean, tidy and efficiently organized;
• Work with internal systems (JIRA, TTS, WIKI, Nevos etc.)
• Develop and maintain internal documentation for Evolution Uniform Service unit in compliance with general Company policies and supporting business needs;
• Communication with Evolution teams on design and delivery of new uniforms and revamp of the existing uniforms in compliance with general Company policies;
• Cooperation with other Legal Entities regarding uniform-related tasks;
• Cost management: forecasting and tracking of the costs to achieve accuracy of the spending and compliance with the budget;
• Performing other duties, as asked by the direct manager, which are related to this position and which meet the qualifications

• Good level of English language – verbal and written
• Proficient skillset in needle and thread sewing and ability to use a sewing machine.
• Good level of computer skills (MS Office)
• Experience and knowledge of Customer Service principles
• Self-management and organization
• Approachable
• High sense of responsibility
• An analytical and proactive approach with keen attention to detail
• A keen skill for multi-tasking along with good problem-solving skills
• An approachable, energetic presence thriving in a high-pressure environment
• Experience in the fashion / designing business will be considered an advantage
• Experience in working with Partners/Vendors
