Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced User-Generated Content Manager to join our team. This role focuses on onboarding crypto and gaming (Web2, Web3) influencers and managing campaigns. Responsibilities include identifying and onboarding suitable content creators, fostering strong relationships, collaborating on impactful campaigns (from ideation to performance analysis), staying updated on Web3 marketing trends, and collaborating cross-functionally. A deep understanding of the Web3 landscape and a proven track record in this space are essential.

Must have:

Proven Web3 experience in influencer management and campaign execution
Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Strategic thinking and results-driven approach
Highly organized with excellent project management skills
Existing Web3 network is a significant advantage

We seek a highly motivated and experienced User-Generated Content Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for onboarding crypto and gaming (web2, web3) influencers, and managing campaigns. This role requires a deep understanding of the web3 landscape and a proven track record of working in this space.

Responsibilities:

-Always look for and onboard suitable content creators, fostering strong relationships.

-Collaborate with content creators to develop and execute impactful campaigns.

-Manage end-to-end campaign processes, including ideation, negotiation, execution, and performance analysis.

-Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in web3 marketing and influencer relations.

-Collaborate cross-functionally with other teams within the company.

Requirements:

-Proven experience in web3, preferably in a similar role involving influencer management and campaign execution.

-Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals effectively.

-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.

-Strategic thinker with the ability to identify opportunities and drive results.

-Highly organized with excellent project management skills.

-The existing network within the web3 space is a significant advantage.

-Proactiveness and always going the extra mile is key.

--100% remote
