Plan, launch, and evaluate gamification campaigns to boost player engagement and retention;
Oversee and update content within the gamification system, ensuring it aligns with VIP goals and campaign objectives;
Develop and maintain a gamification calendar, coordinating with teams to meet deadlines;
Regularly explore new gamification tools and trends to enhance engagement and keep campaigns fresh;
Collaborate with content team, designers, and other stakeholders to create cohesive and engaging experiences;
Publish, update, and manage gamified content, ensuring high standards of quality and relevance.
At least 1 year of experience as a Gamification/CRM Manager;
Experience with Smartico or other CRM platforms;
Background in iGaming or betting;
Upper-intermediate English for effective communication.
Ability to work independently;
Excellent communication and presentation skills;
Results-oriented mindset.
