Vitamins & Minerals (VMS) Category Go-To-Market(GTM) Manager

About the Role

This newly created role is embedded in the Local Operating Company and reporting to VMS Category Development Lead.

The GTM Manager for Poland will be responsible for reassessing and optimizing the route to market strategy for the Centrum and Rutinoscorbin brands, ensuring effective coverage of the Pharmacy and Mass Market channels while exploring new opportunities in out-of-home (OOH) channels( outside of mass market and pharmacies). This role plays a critical part in ensuring the execution of the trade contracts, in-store execution, and leading joint business planning with key customers to drive category growth and ensure best-in-class route to market execution.

The role is accountable for Centrum and Rutinoscorbin sales and market share growth, driving measurable improvements in channel penetration, product availability, and sales performance across Pharmacy, Mass Market, Digital and OOH channels.

Role Responsibilities

  • Reassess and redefine the RTM strategy for the Centrum and Rutinoscorbin brands ensuring comprehensive coverage of the Pharmacy and Mass Market channels.

  • Explore and establish new out-of-home (OOH) channels(other than mass market and pharmacies), expanding the reach and availability of Centrum and Rutinoscorbin products.

  • Explore & build a RTM strategy for ecommerce (direct & indirect). Working closely with other e-commerce people from CEE.

  • Collaborate with the Development Category Manager to ensure the RTM strategy aligns with the broader business and category goals.

  • Develop and implement channel-specific strategies that maximize sales opportunities across Pharmacy, Mass Market, and OOH channels.

  • Work closely with LOC sales, commex and marketing teams to ensure effective customer engagement and execution within each channel, as well es to ensure RTM strategies are fully integrated with broader business initiatives.

  • Co-lead the negotiation with Haleon sales team and setup of trade contracts with key customers, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that support category growth and profitability, offline & Online. Ensure all trade terms and conditions are adhered to and that agreements are continuously optimized based on performance.

  • Partner with key retail customers to develop and execute joint business plans, fostering collaborative relationships and aligning on mutual growth objectives.

  • Ensure the execution of in-store activities, including merchandising, promotional planning, and ensuring perfect store standards.

  • Provide input to the innovation pipeline to ensure that new products are effectively launched across all Channels.

Why you?

We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field

  • Fluent in English and Polish.

  • 7+ years of experience particularly in sales, or trade marketing, or RTM/GTM roles within the VMS categories or other closely related, consumer health, FMCG, or sports/functional brand.

  • Proven experience managing trade contracts and leading joint business planning with key accounts.

  • Experience working across Pharmacy and Mass Market channels is essential; experience with OOH channels is an advantage.

  • Strong track record of driving channel growth and improving RTM execution.

  • Experience setting up and managing customer contracts, in particular with different channels including OOH.

  • Proven ability to drive in-store execution, ensuring high standards for merchandising, promotional activity, and product availability.

  • Ability to think strategically while also focusing on operational excellence.

  • Being bold in moving things forward, pragmatic in turning data into actions, brings outside in.
