Job Description
The Warehouse & Process Design Professionals will be responsible for designing solutions for operational needs, designing layouts for fulfillment centers, and managing projects from design to operations. They will also analyze data, communicate with various parties, and stay updated on industry advancements. The role requires a strong understanding of intralogistics, automation, and project management to contribute to a leading e-commerce platform's growth. This position requires you to take responsibility and develop your skills.
Must have:
- University degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 4 years of relevant work experience.
- Strong project management skills.
- Excellent written and spoken fluency in English.
- Excellent command of MS Office applications.
Good to have:
- Good knowledge of MS SQL, Python, and Auto-Cad.

ABOUT THE TEAM
If you want to feel the heartbeat of Trendyol, you’re in the right place! The Operations Team manages end-to-end operational activities and development processes in the competitive marketplace. Within the Operations Team, there are six main focused disciplines: Planning, Analytics, Cost & Charge, Fulfillment Operations, Operational Excellence, Seller and Delivery Operations, Warehouse Design, and Business Intelligence.

YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Designing accurate solutions to answer various operational needs,
- Designing conceptual layouts, intralogistics flows and material handling equipment of future fulfilment centers, sorting centers and consolidation centers
- Managing new facility and/or process improvement projects from design phase to handover to operations,
- Providing project documents such as process description, layout drawings, detailed technical documentations, structured project plan and schedule.
- Understanding and investigating operational requirements, analyzing data and drawing innovative solutions.
- Communicating with vendors, extornal parties and internal parties. Making sure internal and external parties are coordinated and up to date.
- Following the latest developments and technology in intralogistics automation, robotics and racking industry
- Bringing new insights into way of doing business, by brainstorming activities based on numerical analysis and reports.
QUALITIES WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- University degree (BSc or MSc) in Industrial Engineering or related engineering background,
- Min 4 year relevant work experience,
- Strong project management skills,
- Strong sense of analytical thinking, detail-oriented and eager to learn,
- Excellent written and spoken fluency in English
- Excellent command of MS Office applications,
- Good knowledge of MS SQL, Python and Auto-Cad, is a plus,

We offer a hybrid model that combines the productivity of remote work with the bonding and collaboration of in-office work. Teams are expected to work from our offices on designated days each week, fostering team spirit, creativity and cross team collaboration as part of our culture.
We also provide a summer working model, with a two-month fully remote work opportunity during July and August.
The hybrid working model only applies to hybrid roles; on-site roles require regular office presence.
