Must have:
  • 3-5+ years of experience in supporting integration platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of SOAP, REST, and message-based middleware technologies.
  • Proficiency in JSON, XSLT, and scripting/programming languages.
  • Hands-on experience with SQL and database management.
  • Working knowledge of API security frameworks.
  • Experience with CI/CD processes and version control tools.
  • Proficiency in using Postman, SOAP UI, and similar API testing tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to solve complex technical scenarios.
  • A customer-focused mindset with excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Good to have:
  • Experience with cloud-based integration solutions on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools such as Splunk, ELK, or Dynatrace.
  • Understanding of ITIL processes and service management best practices.

Job Details

We are seeking a skilled Technology Engineer to support and maintain enterprise Integration Platforms and Services including Boomi, Matillion, and Informatica. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, technical expertise in integration technologies, and a customer-focused approach to ensure the reliability and performance of integration solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support and maintenance for integration platforms (Boomi, Matillion, and Informatica), troubleshooting issues and optimizing performance.
  • Analyze and resolve message-based integration issues involving technologies like JMS, AWS SQS, and Azure Service Bus.
  • Support and troubleshoot API integrations using SOAP and REST services, ensuring secure and efficient data exchange.
  • Utilize JSON, XSLT, and at least one programming language (e.g., Java, Python, or JavaScript) for scripting, transformation, and automation.
  • Perform SQL queries and database-related troubleshooting, ensuring data integrity and performance across various integration points.
  • Support API security mechanisms, including OAuth2, federated authentication, and access management best practices.
  • Implement and maintain CI/CD processes for integration services, ensuring smooth deployments and updates.
  • Use Postman, SOAP UI, and other testing tools for validation, debugging, and performance analysis of APIs and integrations.
  • Collaborate with developers, business users, and IT teams to analyze complex integration issues and provide effective resolutions.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of integration processes, troubleshooting steps, and best practices.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 3-5+ years of experience in supporting integration platforms and services (Boomi, Matillion, Informatica, or similar tools).
  • Strong knowledge of SOAP, REST, and message-based middleware technologies (JMS, AWS SQS, Azure Service Bus).
  • Proficiency in JSON, XSLT, and scripting/programming languages (Java, Python, JavaScript, etc.).
  • Hands-on experience with SQL and database management for troubleshooting and query optimization.
  • Working knowledge of API security frameworks such as OAuth2 and federated authentication models.
  • Experience with CI/CD processes and version control tools like Git, Jenkins, or Azure DevOps.
  • Proficiency in using Postman, SOAP UI, and similar API testing tools.

  • A customer-focused mindset with excellent communication skills to support users effectively.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, support-driven environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with cloud-based integration solutions on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools such as Splunk, ELK, or Dynatrace.
  • Understanding of ITIL processes and service management best practices.
