Summary
Growe is seeking a skilled Web Designer with 4+ years of experience in marketing design. Responsibilities include managing design projects, overseeing outsourced designers, defining project styles, creating engaging visual designs (considering user needs and business objectives), collaborating with international teams, developing promotional campaigns (email and social media assets), and assisting the PR team with exhibition graphics. Experience with gaming projects (betting/casino) and the Latin American market are advantageous. Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and AI is required, along with strong UX/UI knowledge and upper-intermediate English. The ideal candidate possesses excellent communication, proactivity, and attention to detail.
Must have:

- Project management skills
- Upper-intermediate English

- Work closely with international teams on developing the creative part of the project;
- Develop Promo Campaign;
- Make a design for email and social media;
- Assist the PR team with graphics to prepare for the exhibition.
We need your professional experience:
- 4 years of experience in design in marketing;
- 1-2 years experience with gaming projects (betting, casino) will be a plus;
- Experience with the Latin American market will be a plus;
- Web and graphic design experience;
- Excellent knowledge of Figma, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator, AI;
- Experience in preparing marketing assets: Landing pages, emails, banners, OOH, and merchandise;
- Solid knowledge of UX/UI;
- Upper-Intermediate level of English.
