Skills Required:
Strong understanding of the E2E design process: from design concept through design production.
In-depth knowledge of artwork file production, fit for use requirements, print process capabilities, substrates/finishes.
Strong project and time management skills, experience leading multiple high complexity projects simultaneously, with attention to detail and follow-through
Software fluency in: Microsoft (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint) and Adobe CS (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat)
Strong business communication planning & execution skills – both verbal and written and the ability to collect, compile and present information effectively & concisely.
Job Description This role is based in Mumbai, working closely with P&G’s top Marketing and Design teams to deliver best in class print quality and execution through our packaging. As a print specialist in the team, you will have the opportunity to define best practices, set efficient workflows with external partners in leading and monitoring the print execution standards for P&G. Key Responsibilities
Leads the collaboration on artwork development/adaptation with marketing and design team, internal studios and external agencies. Leads design execution & timeline management, print test/trial and artwork adaptation reviews
Leads and executes design intent and print quality control. Strong understanding of Print Feasibility/ Print Quality (Flexo printing preferred) and Initiative/project management
Strong collaboration, project management and communication skills. Participates in design brief kick off, design reviews and any other packaging design-related multi-functional meeting as needed
Strong understanding of Design Development Process. Participates in design brief kick off and design reviews
Manage Execution of Regional adaptation. Execute Hard and Soft points to deliver Design Intent and protect Brand Identity keeping in mind Color Development/Pre-Press
Project management on system tracking software
Provide comprehensive meeting summaries and execute follow-ups in a timely manner
Identify opportunities to improve Packaging execution systems, allowing executional excellence, including print quality and consistency and improved processes resulting in more efficiency in project management
Work closely with the Design Managers and Technical Execution Manager prototype agency to assist with creating mock ups for packaging testing
Job Qualifications Graduation in packaging or print with expertise in Print Technology and packaging and Artwork copy expert.
