Booming Games seeks enthusiastic Weekend Technical Support Specialists to provide exceptional customer service and technical support. This part-time, fully remote freelance role requires 24/7 weekend shift coverage via Skype, JIRA Service Desk, and email, adhering to strict SLAs. Responsibilities include resolving technical issues, logging inquiries, escalating issues, troubleshooting malfunctions, guiding users, identifying customer needs, providing feature assistance, following up, and collecting customer feedback. Ideal for students, the role demands strong communication, problem-solving, and patience.

About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic Weekend Technical Support Specialists to provide exceptional customer service and technical support during weekends. This role is perfect for students or those seeking flexible, part-time work. You'll work shifts to ensure 24-hour coverage over the weekend, helping our clients resolve technical issues efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities

Deliver outstanding customer service to clients on weekends, covering 24/7 shifts via Skype, JIRA Service Desk, and email.
Ensure adherence to strict SLAs for response and resolution times.
Log customer inquiries and escalate issues to appropriate teams when necessary.
Analyze and troubleshoot product malfunctions, providing clear guidance to users.
Identify customer needs and offer assistance with specific product features.
Follow up with customers to confirm resolution of their technical issues.
Collect and relay customer feedback to internal stakeholders for continuous improvement.

Requirements

Previous experience in a customer support or technical support role is advantageous.
Familiarity with help desk software and remote support tools is a plus.
Fluency in English is essential; additional languages are a bonus.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to remain patient and professional, especially when handling complex or challenging cases.
Flexibility to work weekend shifts, including night hours, as part of a rotating schedule.
