Job Description: 

Join the Datacenter and AI Silicon Execution group as a Xeon / AI Mission Control Lead. In this challenging and exciting role, you will be accountable for leading the Post Silicon ecosystem in delivering Xeon and AI processors that meet our quality, schedule and performance goals. As the Post Silicon leader of the program, you will engage with key stakeholders including architecture, design, validation, Foundry, manufacturing product and quality engineering, platform, and marketing to drive the program execution, identify and solve roadblocks and ultimately delight our customers. More about what you'll be doing as a Mission Control Lead and what you're accountable for: Lead cross organizational programs of broad scope and varied complexity usually consisting of a core leadership team that manages a variety of functional areas Manage interdependencies and integration among multiple projects, teams, and stakeholders Decision making at the program level Set and communicate clear direction for your program, directly related to corporate priorities or important business operations to meet strategic goals Communicate program execution status, risks, direction, trend, and POR at all levels of the company from engineering to middle management and Intel executives Lead the core team and guide performance of functional teams. Act as the key interface with stakeholders and leadership internally and externally Assign overall tasks/objectives based on clear requirements and goals to others who manage general areas of responsibility Exercise judgment and discretion to develop solutions, remove obstacles and redefine approaches; recommend or set business strategies or corporate policies and deviate as appropriate Oversee identification of tasks, dependencies, and execution critical chains and adjusting team direction/focus as needed Create/track/adjust the program schedule Assess risks and identify solutions to timely, efficient achievement of program goals Influence business units or cross organizational strategies relevant to program goals Behavioral Traits: Excellent written and verbal presentation skills, including presenting to executive audiences Skilled at developing material and tuning it appropriately for the audience and presentation objective Objective and inclusive approach to solving problems and garnering support Utilizes knowledge to accelerate project completion

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Candidate must have a Bachelor's degree in Electircal Engineering or Computer Science or related field and 12+ years of experience
  • 6+ years of expereince in CPU post-Si manufacturing, validation, power and performance, quality and reliability processes
  • 5+ years of experience in design and validation processes and methodologies

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in complex semiconductor technical program management with highly diverse functional teams including CPU component manufacturing, system validation, and quality and reliability
  • Technical concepts, architecture, systems, software, firmware, development methods, and disciplines associated with the defined program
  • Experience in complex semiconductor technical program management with highly diverse functional teams including CPU component manufacturing, system validation, and quality and reliability

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in the US:

$214,730.00-$303,140.00

Salary range dependent on a number of factors including location and experience.
