Job Description

As the Zones Cloud Implementation Manager, you will be a key member of the Digital Transformation team responsible for the Zones Cloud Commerce Platform and Marketplace. You will manage platform updates and upgrades and also manage the implementation of integration connections between the Zones Cloud Commerce Platform and various partner products and services. The Implementation Manager provides guidance and assistance to internal stakeholders, Partner & Program Management teams, and external teams. This role includes implementing and configuring service plans, user experience, and workflows to ensure marketplace offers are tested, reliable, monitored, and maintained. This role also involves close collaboration with technology and business partners to develop new cloud and services offerings.

Must have:

Experience with e-Commerce platforms, CloudBlue.com preferred
BA/BS in Business, Information Systems, or related field
5+ years in technical pre-sales or IT systems implementation
5+ years working with cloud ISV and/or Public Cloud providers

Good to have:

Agile Product management experience

Position Overview:

This is a remote role but the successful candidate will be asked to work a schedule based on the Pacific Time Zones

As the Zones Cloud Implementation Manager, you will be a key member of our Digital Transformation team responsible for our Zones Cloud Commerce Platform and Marketplace. The Implementation Manager works with our teams to maintain our platform updates and upgrades. In addition, the Implementation Manager has the technical acumen of todays “born in the cloud” ISV Publishers and Public Cloud Providers and is responsible for managing the implementation of our integration connections between our Zones Cloud Commerce Platform and the SaaS/IaaS/PaaS/XaaS partner products and services we sell.

The Implementation Manager provides guidance and assistance to our internal stakeholders, Partner & Program Management (PPM) teams, and extended teams while also working closely with each ISV partner team. The Implementation Manager works with our team to implement and configure the associated service plans, user experience, and workflows required to ensure our marketplace offers are tested, reliable, monitored, and maintained including demonstrations of the solution, providing feedback on the design, and performs configuration reviews during the technical readiness sprints for new offers.

This is a unique opportunity to help shape the direction of our Cloud customer engagement initiative and drive our transformation as a company and as a provider of IT solutions and services to our customers.

This role will also work closely with our technology and business partners, helping to drive effective collaboration to develop new cloud and services offerings for our customers through our Zones Cloud Commerce Platform and Marketplace.

What you’ll do as the Zones Cloud Implementation Manager:

Managing implementation efforts to publish new cloud offers including use case definition and user experience and will manage the implementation deployment plan to guarantee successful deployment to Staging and Production systems
Working with internal and external resources to establish and prioritize cloud offerings by implementation level of effort
Develop and implement fulfillment connectors and establish digital user experience
Working with multiple internal teams (sales, sales operations, marketing, finance, product, support, and cloud leadership) to create and maintain an overall cloud offering launch schedule and roadmap
Supporting cloud platforms and cloud offering education and enablement for internal teams (sales, marketing, product, support, and executive leadership) to ensure adoption and sales
Working with cloud support and cloud managed services teams to ensure they understand our cloud offerings and platform capabilities and managing escalations and tickets
Maintain regular communication between team members, management, and extended groups
Engagements with workstream team leaders associated with each new cloud offering launch
Interface with our Cloud Services Desk and Managed Services Team to launch new cloud offerings

What you will bring to the team:

Experience with e-Commerce platforms required, CloudBlue.com would be a strong preference
BA/BS in Business, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or a related field
Agile Product management experience a plus!
5+ years required of a progressively successful career in technical pre-sales, product development, product management, IT systems implementation
5+ years working with cloud ISV and/or Public Cloud providers (Microsoft, Google, Adobe, Azure, AWS, GCP, etc.)
Knowledge and/or experience with RESTful API integrations
Keen understanding of the cloud industry, market, customers, competitors, suppliers, and partners throughout the cloud ecosystem
Ability to communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and management
Professional, business-focused attitude and courteous manner towards clients, partners, and peers
Resourceful problem solver, technically proficient, excellent analytical and organizational skills.
Experienced professionals able to present technology recommendations from a business perspective
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, challenging work environment
