Job Description

The TA Associate Specialist will collaborate with hiring managers to provide the best recruitment process experience. Responsibilities include writing and posting job descriptions, sourcing candidates on platforms like LinkedIn, screening resumes, conducting pre-screening calls, interviewing candidates, and sending personalized recruiting emails. The role also involves participating in tech/design conferences, composing offer letters, and aiding in onboarding. The team expects to work from the office a minimum of 3 days a week. This is a contract position for 6 months.
Must have:
  • 1-2 years of Technical Recruiting experience.
  • Experience with various interview formats.
  • Technical expertise to explain IT job requirements.
  • Ability to measure candidate’s English level.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems.
  • Knowledge of sourcing techniques.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Understanding of HR practices and labor legislation.

Job Details

The TA Associate Specialist is a driven professional with knowledge in hiring within the tech-design field. Someone who can collaborate with hiring managers and will provide the best recruitment process experience to our candidates and internal teams. 

We expect this individual to help build a network online and offline with potential candidates to promote our employer brand, reduce our time-to-hire, and ensure we attract the best professionals. Ultimately, he/she will help build a strong tech-design talent pipeline and help hire skilled employees for all of our positions.

This is a contract for 6 months


You will: 

  • Write and post technical/design job descriptions.
  • Source potential candidates on niche platforms, like LinkedIn and others.
  • Parse specialized skills and qualifications to screen IT/design resumes.
  • Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants’ abilities.
  • Interview candidates combining various methods (e.g. structured interviews, technical assessments, and behavioral questions).
  • Book interviews between candidates and HMs as needed.
  • Craft and send personalized recruiting emails with current job openings to passive candidates.
  • Participate in tech/design conferences and meetups to network with IT/design professionals.
  • Compose job offer letters.
  • Aid in onboarding new hires tasks if needed.
  • Promote the company’s reputation as a great place to work
  • Keep up-to-date with new technological trends and products

You have: 

  • Advanced English level (B2+/C1)
  • 1-2 years of experience as a Technical Recruiter, hiring positions like Frontend,Backend, and Full stack Development, Project Managers, and similar/related roles.
  • Experience with various interview formats (e.g. phone, videocall, and structured).
  • Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles.
  • Ability to measure candidate’s English level during phone screens.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases (e.g. Greenhouse, WorkDay, Taleo, or others).
  • Knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g., social media recruiting and Boolean search).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Understanding of HR practices and labor legislation.
