Responsibilities:
The intern will engage in Total Quality development activities working with key suppliers on Automotive Mindset. In addition, you are expected to collaborate with Supplier Quality Engineering, Commodity Managers, Assembly Engineering, and Innovation teams to determine the right needs and product specifications based on NXP and industry standard for automotive product.
Establish and develop TQ program with key supplier’s for Prevent & Predict Drive systemic improvements and quality sharing (lesson learned) across all key suppliers.
Support supplier compliance and development through technical assessment, audit, and CIP drive.
Responsible for Quality Excellence element of Supplier Performance Rating (SPR) and drive gaps closure Collaborate closely with internal SQE and MFG sites in resolving major technical issue which impacted manufacturing and ensure effectiveness of 8D actions.
Be Boots-on-the-ground in supporting critical quality issue. Early engagement in - - NPI/NTI through industry benchmark and BKM.
Requirements:
Bachelor or Master degree student in Materials/Chemicals science/Electric engineering or equivalent.
Active and willing to learn, nimble learner.
Good knowledge of common Semiconductor process, e.g. wafering and assembly.
Good PC skill especially on datamining.
Prefer to have fluent oral and written English
