Job Description

This is a senior 3D environment artist position for a global, realistic 3A action game. Responsibilities include creating and optimizing 3D environments, lighting, atmosphere, and assets in Unreal Engine 5, meeting high-quality standards. The role requires a strong understanding of material design, rendering techniques, and a keen eye for detail. Experience with external vendor management is essential. The candidate should have proven experience in a similar role, demonstrating a strong portfolio, and excellent communication skills.

Must have:

3+ years game art experience
Unreal Engine 5 expertise
Master of stylized materials & rendering
Strong artistic skills & communication

Good to have:

Experience with outsourcing
Up-to-date on industry trends

Responsibilities:

1.负责输出3D环境美术编辑关卡，地编美术规范，负责灯光搭建，气氛渲染，后期优化，性能提升，达到写实3A游戏标准；

2.负责游戏内场景表现跟进；

3.负责游戏项目内3D环境资产管理；

4.对产品美术品质负责。

Requirements:

1.专科及以上学历，3 年及以上游戏美术工作经验；

2.精通风格化材质设计，精通 SP/SD，精通UE5材质/环境渲染特性；

3.有敏锐的色彩感觉和较强的审美能力，有扎实美术基础，具备手绘和次时代制作能力；

4.有完整的 3D 项目经验和开发经验，沟通能力好；

5.有外包跟进的经验，熟练运用相关制作软件，并对业界新风格始终保持敏感。
