Job Description

Create high-quality 3D character animations for mobile games. Collaborate with art and design teams to seamlessly integrate characters into the game environment. Optimize character animation using the latest technologies and trends. Responsibilities include producing realistic and engaging character animations, working closely with other artists and developers to ensure visual consistency, and optimizing animations for performance on mobile devices. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of animation principles and experience with industry-standard software such as Maya or Blender.

Must have:

Bachelor's degree in animation or related field, or equivalent experience
5-7 years of experience in 3D character animation (3+ years in mobile games)
Proficiency in Maya or Blender, rigging skills
Character animation portfolio

Good to have:

Unity 3D experience
Experience in character design
Knowledge of motion capture and interactive animation
Motion capture experience
Unity development experience
Production leadership experience (asset, quality, schedule management)
