BytePlus, a subsidiary of ByteDance, is seeking an Account Executive to join its team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in B2B sales and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include establishing a sales pipeline, expanding the customer base, executing go-to-market strategies, leading demand generation activities, owning the end-to-end sales process, and reporting on sales and business activities. The role also involves ensuring customer onboarding, adoption, and satisfaction, as well as generating referrals.
Must have:
  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and organization skills
  • Proven ability to build relationships with key stakeholders
  • Agile and entrepreneurial mindset
  • Proficient in English communication
  • Completed bachelor's degree
Good to have:
  • Computer science or engineering background
  • MBA
  • Experience in Telco, cloud computing, video cloud, or AI/ML
  • Consultative sales or solution sales experience
  • Rich resources and relationships with regional customers and partners
  • Deep understanding of Pan Internet sectors (gaming, eCommerce, media, social)
  • Additional language proficiency (Russian, Arabic, French)
  • Consulting experience

Responsibilities: - Establish a proven and sustainable pipeline for ByteDance's innovation technology solution suite and expand BytePlus business across MENA. - Maintain key customer relationships and develop and implement strategies for expanding the company’s customer base (driving new logo adoption) in countries across MENA, able to sell consulatively. - Execute Go-to-Market Strategy and drive revenue growth through effective sales closure activities. - Actively lead and monitor demand generation activities and own the end-to-end sales process and customer journey with a good understanding of BytePlus's products and solutions. - Accurate reporting on sales and business activities and forecasting - Ensure smooth customer onboarding. Drive customer's full adoption and usage of our solutions, ensuring customer satisfaction and further referrals.
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications: - As minimum experience a completed bachelor's degree. - At least 5 years of B2B sales experience. - Strong problem solver, resilient, and good at developing early markets and entering new markets with strong client relationship management skills. - Sound communication skills and organization skills, able to influence key stakeholders from various backgrounds on complex business and technology related topics. - Agile and entrepreneurial, extremely result-oriented with an always-can-do attitude. - Proficient in English communication. Preferred qualifications: - A computer science or engineering equivalent background preferred, strong business acumen with MBA a plus. - Experience in one of the following industries: Telco, cloud computing, video cloud or AI/ML, experience as a consultative sales or solution sales a plus. - Have rich resources and relationships with regional customers and partners with proven track records, and have a deep understanding of Pan Internet sectors such as gaming, eCommerce, media, social etc. - additional language proficiency is a plus (Russian/Arabic/French etc.) is highly desirable for this role, as it will involve collaborating with clients from various MENA countries. - Experience or a background in consulting will be beneficial for this role.
