Job Description

The Account Management intern will support the Account Management team by overseeing and managing customer accounts, ensuring delivery and performance. Responsibilities include technical setup, monitoring, analysis, up-selling, and retention to help clients and Teads reach their objectives. The intern will use Excel to analyze reports, monitor performance, prepare proposals, and develop creative solutions for upselling clients, working closely with sales and Ad Operations teams. The role involves attending client meetings and requires a proactive, analytical, and communicative individual.
Must have:
  • 0-1 years’ experience in digital sales, digital growth, or agency
  • Fluent in English and Spanish native speaker
  • Analytical ability to monitor and identify trends in performance metrics and data using excel
  • Proactively work with high profile clients both independently and within a team environment
Good to have:
  • An understanding of online media would be beneficial
  • An interest in the ad tech industry and landscape
  • Strong interest in adtech and account management

About the position

specifically, the Account Management intern will be responsible for supporting the Account Management team. This includes working on all operational and strategic aspects to ensure delivery and performance, including technical set up, monitoring, analysis, up-selling and retention, to help clients and Teads reach their objectives.The ideal candidate is positive, analytical and communicative and uses their problem-solving capabilities and creativity to identify and execute the right solutions for each client with the long-term objective of growing key accounts.

 

What will you do?

  • Support Account Management team by overseeing and managing customer accounts. 
  • Use excel to pull and analyze reports to deliver insights to the team and to clients.
  • Develop an understanding of Outbrain programs and work autonomously to monitor performance based on stated benchmarks.
  • Support the AM team with preparation of proposals, media plans, account review and other customer-specific offerings.
  • Work as a part of the team to develop creative solutions for upselling clients.
  • Partner sales and Ad Operations team to streamline processes.
  • Attend client meetings.

 

What will you bring to the team?

  • 0-1 years’ experience in digital sales, digital growth, or agency
  • Fluent in English and Spanish native speaker
  • Analytical ability to monitor and identify trends in performance metrics and data using excel
  • An understanding of online media would be beneficial,
  • An interest in the ad tech industry and landscape,
  • Ability to proactively work with high profile clients both independently and within a team environment.
  • Strong interest in adtech and account management.
  • An obsession with detail, analytical disposition, proactive mindset, organizational skills, positive attitude, curiosity, and hunger to learn.
