Job Description
The Affiliate Compliance Specialist will be responsible for assisting with the onboarding of new affiliates, monitoring their performance, and ensuring a smooth transition to the account management team. They will work with the compliance team to maintain internal processes within the affiliate and marketing teams, audit affiliate sites and marketing assets, and monitor for brand infringements. Additionally, the specialist will manage the affiliate/publisher termination process. The role requires a dynamic individual with strong marketing skills and a solid business acumen, focusing on monitoring affiliate operations and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The role requires a good understanding of the affiliate ecosystem in the iGaming world.
Must have:
- Good understanding of Affiliate ecosystem in the world of iGaming.
- Previous experience with due diligence tasks or in a similar role.
- Problem-solving mindset and results-oriented.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to plan work.
- Demonstrated initiative and a desire to learn.
Good to have:
- Knowledge of Zendesk or Netrefer software.

ABOUT THE ROLE
We are currently looking for a superstar Affiliate and compliance enthusiast to join the Affiliate Compliance Team. The Affiliate Compliance Specialist will interface and work closely with our affiliate team, affiliate partners and key internal stakeholder teams such as Marketing, Design, Copy and Compliance to drive successful monitoring of affiliate operations and will assist with ensuring affiliate operations are compliant with regulatory requirements. We are seeking a dynamic individual with fast, innovative thinking skills, marketing skills, and a solid business acumen.
YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
- Assist with the process for the on-boarding of new affiliates, monitor any pending affiliates, and maintain the records.
- Monitor the performance of new affiliates, establish the right timing to hand over from Sales to Account Management & ensure a smooth transition over to the account management team.
- Working hand in hand with the compliance team to maintain the internal processes within the affiliate and marketing teams.
- Audit all existing affiliate sites and marketing assets for all markets, and conducting periodic internal reviews and audits to test ongoing compliance with marketing regulations.
- Monitoring of the App Store & Google Play for any brand infringements. Keep record of all leads and inactive affiliates, publishers for analysis and tracking purposes.
- Monitor and execute the affiliate/publisher termination process.

Essential skills:
- Good understanding of Affiliate ecosystem in the world of iGaming.
- Previous experience with due diligence type of task or in a similar type of role.

- Excellent attention to detail and ability to effectively plan work tasks to meet deadlines and work upon own initiative.
- Demonstrated initiative and desire to learn.
Nice to have skills:
