Job Description

As an AI Artist, you will utilize AI tools like Stable Diffusion and Midjourney to generate character art, scene illustrations, and icons. Responsibilities include refining AI-generated images to meet project quality standards and creating training datasets for 2D AI art. The ideal candidate possesses strong artistic fundamentals, a passion for games, and experience with AI art generation tools. Proficiency in various design styles and a keen eye for aesthetics are essential. You will work closely with project requirements to create compelling visual assets for Qingci Games' portfolio of mobile games.

Must have:

AI art tools proficiency (Stable Diffusion, Midjourney)
Strong art fundamentals & design skills
Game art experience
Excellent aesthetic sense & creativity
AI training dataset creation

岗位职责：

使用AI工具（如Stable Diffusion、Midjourney等）生成符合要求的角色、场景图标等美术资源。
结合项目需求，对AI生成的图像进行精修，确保美术资源的高质量。
根据项目需求，完成2D美术的AI训练素材制作。

任职要求：

熟悉并了解主流AI绘图工具（如Stable Diffusion、Midjourney等）的使用。
具备良好的美术绘画基础。
热爱游戏，对视觉设计有激情和创新欲望，能够掌控多种设计风格，美术功底扎实，审美出众。
具备优秀的美术设计能力，有游戏美术方向的从业经验。
具备良好的创意构思能力、敏锐的色彩感及审美能力，对构图、色彩、画面创意等有较好的把控。
