Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for overseeing the application development process and ensuring successful project delivery. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Lead the design and development of applications. - Collaborate with team members to ensure project success. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members. - Identify and implement process improvements. - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and Light Weight Architecture. - Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles. - Experience in developing scalable and high-performance applications. - Knowledge of design patterns and best practices in software development. - Hands-on experience with database management systems. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Java. - This position is based at our Noida office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
