Job Description

As a Sales Capture Practitioner, you will shape, sell, and close single or multi-service deals. You will shepherd deals by developing win strategies, negotiation strategies, and close plans. This role involves strategic decision-making and client interactions to drive successful outcomes. You are expected to be a Subject Matter Expert (SME), collaborating with and managing teams, making key decisions, and providing solutions across multiple teams. The role requires leading win strategy development, effective client negotiation, and market analysis.
Must have:
  • Shape, sell, and close single or multi-service deals.
  • Develop win, negotiation, and close plans for deals.
  • Engage in strategic decision-making and client interactions.
  • Collaborate and manage the team as a Subject Matter Expert (SME).
  • Responsible for team decisions and contributing to key decisions.
  • Provide solutions to problems across multiple teams.
  • Lead the development of win strategies for deals.
  • Negotiate effectively with clients for successful outcomes.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members.
  • Proficiency in Sales Pursuit Management.
  • Strong understanding of sales methodologies and techniques.
  • Experience in developing and executing sales strategies.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Lead the development of win strategies for deals. - Negotiate effectively with clients to secure successful outcomes. - Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform deal strategies. - Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Sales Pursuit Management. - Strong understanding of sales methodologies and techniques. - Experience in developing and executing sales strategies. - Excellent communication and negotiation skills. - Good To Have Skills: Experience in CRM software implementation. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in Sales Pursuit Management. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
