Summary: As a Sales Capture Practitioner, you will engage in a dynamic and strategic role that involves shaping, selling, and closing deals that encompass single or multiple services. Your typical day will include collaborating with various teams to develop effective win strategies, negotiating terms, and executing close plans to ensure successful deal outcomes. You will be at the forefront of driving business growth and fostering relationships with clients, ensuring that each deal aligns with the organization's objectives and client needs. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate training and development sessions for junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge. - Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Sales Pursuit Management. - Strong negotiation skills to effectively close deals. - Ability to develop and implement strategic sales plans. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients. - Proficiency in analyzing market trends and customer needs. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Sales Pursuit Management. - This position is based at our Chennai office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
