Position Overview:
 
Area Vice President (AVP) needed to lead, mentor and coach a team of Field Account Executives (FAE’s) who focus on selling into enterprise businesses across major cities in the United States. As AVP you will lead your team to be frontline ambassadors of Zones, our capabilities and the personal IT subject matter experts to our clients, and prospective clients, to ensure that they view Zones as a single source for all their IT needs. The Enterprise AVP will travel approximately 30% or more each month to various cities/territories covered by your sales professionals to spend time with both territory clients and said sales professionals. This position includes extensive training in Zones Solutions and Zones’ sales/prospecting/account development techniques. We are seeking a professional with advanced knowledge and experience selling in a similar environment as well as coaching a team in regard to IT professional and managed services B2B.   
 
What you’ll do as the Enterprise Area Vice President:

  • Provide leadership and day to day direction to Enterprise Field Account Executives- including pipeline and performance management, accurate CRM tracking and reporting, customer portfolio management, driving the individual sellers (and the team) towards assigned revenue growth and quota attainment
  • Develop strategies and market plans as well as identify new and relevant product/service offerings within assigned territory with emphasis on growing our Zones’ IT Professional and Managed Service offerings to new and existing buying accounts within the healthcare vertical
  • Foster and empowered a highly effective team with a focus on aligning efforts with business results via remote and also traveling to meet with FAE territories weekly to provide in person leadership strategy.
  • Develop meaningful business relationships with client prospects and business partners at the executive level to create awareness and understanding of brand and capabilities
  • Apply knowledge of the technology resale and solution provider industry and market trends to identify key prospects, maximize industry partnerships and attend various networking events to advance this aim
What you will bring to the team: 
  • BA in Business or a related field 
  • 15+ years total sales experience, including:
  • 4+ years in a leadership role
  • VAR/Channel sales experience strongly preferred; OEM sales experience ok if percentage included channel sales
Compensation:      
Qualified candidates can expect an annual salary starting at $150,000 plus bonus.      
Note: Compensation is benchmarked on local market rates. Qualified candidates in other locations can expect a salary package that may be adjusted based off applicable cost of wages in their respective location.
