Position Overview:

The Director, Global Field Services is responsible for leading all field deployment activities of our field resources and partners for the delivery of complex IT services and solutions. Additionally, the Director, Global Field Services will be responsible for the assignment, development, training, and support of a nationwide, geographically disbursed team of field service managers, technicians and partners. Corporate initiatives include, but are not limited to Tenrox reporting and management, resource utilization, pre-sales support, statement of work development, modifications, approvals and financial management.
What you’ll do as the Director, Global Field Services:
- Proactively lead Field Services delivery and approvals for multiple concurrent projects, tracking completion of action items, resolving issues, mitigating risk while monitoring financial performance.
- Lead and direct Field Services to deliver project deliverables & documented scope on time and within approved budget.
- Partner with Finance to ensure financial reporting, forecasting are aligned with Company budgets.
- Present Field Services capabilities, methodologies and delivery messaging to prospect customers for Pre-Sales and RFX responses to include orals.
- Build client relationships with key customers providing Field Services delivery leadership representation.
- Ensure Field Services negotiations across multiple functions to resolve field conflicts and competing priorities.
- Communicate as required to meet Field Services objectives and goals.
- Continuously assess Field Services based on key metrics to achieve goals.
- Ensure best practices and processes are applied to address unique situations.
- Influence executive leadership within the business areas to create and maintain alignment around Field Services business objectives, measurable benefits, success criteria, scope, and constraints impacting Field Services delivery.
- Review internal management processes, make recommendations for process changes, communicate changes with senior leadership and implement appropriate processes.
What you will bring to the team:
- BA/BS degree in Marketing, Business, Information Technology, or a related field
- Equivalent experience will be considered
- Advanced degree preferred
- 10+ years required of field delivery experience
- 10+ years required of experience in information technology or business operations
- 10+ years required of experience with retail, hospitality and general business deployments, specifically in the deployment of new store and branches, upgrades to existing technology and managing the field technicians and partners responsible for the deployments.

- Facilitating complex problem solving and assessments across departments
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to lead across departments to achieve a single objective
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet aggressive deadlines
- Excellent verbal, written communication and presentation skills
- Contract and/or service level management experience desired
- Proficient in the use of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Project
- Some Travel is required
Qualified candidates can expect a yearly salary range of $175,000-200,000 + bonus eligible.
Note: Compensation is benchmarked on local Dallas area market rates.
