Art Director & Studio Lead

Now, Western Digital is setting up a Global Creative Development Centre in Bangalore. We are setting up a creative team to develop multi-media campaigns including (print, packaging, interactive, video) for the Western Digital product Portfolio for B2B and B2C markets across the globe.

Western Digital’s Global Creative Team in Bangalore needs an art director with a classy portfolio, and who can double up as a studio lead. The person should be able to support with executing campaign extensions, adaptations, as well as own the creation and delivery of Final Artwork files. Responsibilities also include coordinating for translations,  incorporating the translated copy into artwork files, organizing the files, uploading them on to shared folders for global marketing teams. Knowledge of video editing/After Effects would be a plus as it would help the person handle GDN banners.

• 6-8 years experience in studio/art department of a mid-sized/large agency.
• Classy portfolio across print and digital
• Experience in creating, managing final artworks
• Thorough knowledge of print production and digital production
• Knowledge of video editing/After Effects for GDN banners would be an asset.
• Most important: This is a client-facing role. So, good communication skills in English, willingness to get on calls, solve issues, email correspondence skills are essential.
