Art Manager

What we are looking for

We are looking for an Art Manager to oversee asset creation, ensuring high-quality production and timely delivery. Working closely with the Art Director, Art Team, and Production, you will help refine workflows, track progress, and maintain visual consistency across the project.

What you'll be doing 

• Art Collaboration – Align visual goals with deliverables, coordinate across disciplines, and maintain quality standards.
• Production & Scheduling – Work with Production to track progress, manage dependencies, and adjust schedules as needed.
• Road Mapping – Build and maintain content delivery plans that align with project milestones.
• Workflow Optimisation – Improve art production processes, eliminate inefficiencies, and enhance communication.
• Team Culture & Communication – Foster a collaborative, positive work environment and support team problem-solving.

What we need from you

• Experience in Art Production or Art Management within game development (2+ years).
• Knowledge of game art disciplines (3D modeling, animation, UI, etc.).
• Strong project management, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools and an agile approach to workflows.
• Excellent communication and feedback abilities.

The Game

You'll be working on Wardogs, an all-out-warfare multiplayer first person shooter. That means infantry combat, tank warfare, jet dog fighting, and artillery barrages. We play test the game twice a week, so you'll have lots of time to get stuck in and really be a part of the game you're creating.
