This role is for an Associate Principal - Industrial IoT, focusing on MES consulting. The position requires 8-15 years of experience, specifically with AVEVA MES solutions, including modules like Performance, Operations, and Quality, as well as AVEVA System Platform, Work Tasks Skelta BPM, Enterprise Integrator, InTouch, and OMI. Key responsibilities involve preparing functional requirements for MOM and Manufacturing IT systems, converting business requirements into technical solutions for MES, and conducting testing and validation. A strong understanding of production scheduling, optimization, OEE, ERP integration, and industry standards like ISA95 is essential. The role is remote with occasional travel to Milan, Italy, and requires proficiency in English and Italian.

Must have:

Technical knowledge with AVEVA MES solutions.
Knowledge of AVEVA MES Modules (Performance, Operations, Quality).
Proficiency in AVEVA System Platform, Work Tasks Skelta BPM, Enterprise Integrator, InTouch/OMI.
Good knowledge of Production Scheduling, Optimization, and OEE.
Ability to prepare functional requirements for MOM and Manufacturing IT systems.
Experience in converting business requirements to MES solutions.
Prepare FRS, FDS, and test scripts for SITUAT and functional validation.
Knowledge of industry standards like ISA95, ISA88, MESA, GMP.
Experience in upgrade migrations.
Understanding of control systems automation and MES integration.
Manufacturing domain experience across diverse industries.

Ability to prepare and comprehend the functional requirements for MOM, Manufacturing IT systems
Experience in converting Business requirements to functional or technical solution by mapping business processes to manufacturing IT MES systems
Preparing FRS FDS Testing & validation exercise in constructing test script for SITUAT and functional validation
Knowledge of leading industry standards like ISA95 ISA88 MESA GMP etc
Experience in Upgrade Migrations with various tools approaches and best practices
Understanding control systems automation and its integration with MES
Manufacturing Domain experience in diverse industries
