Job Summary -   

  • Manage end to end data collection, system modification and deliverable output for a portfolio of lease clients using lease administration and lease accounting systems.  Meet with US Operations to confirm all inputs required for each close cycle, validate system updates and validate outputs (Journal Entries & accounting reports) and insure final sign-off from Client on a Monthly basis. 
    • Ability to understand lease contracts and non-lease data and how that needs to be entered or modified in the lease systems
    • Understand changes provided by clients to determine accuracy of outputs and communicate clearly those impacts for discussion of US Operations
    • Capable of determining system actions based on new leases and lease modifications instructions provided by the Client in accordance with their accounting policies
    • Ability to use Altryx, PowerBI or other technologies to produce Client deliverables in accordance with Client approved specifications
    • Ability to self-manage workload based on Client critical delivery schedules and communicate in advance if timelines are at risk
  • Manage regressions session cycles on leasing system product updates or Client accounting policy changes and meet with US Operations to validate Production updates.
     

Minimum Degree Required: College Graduate

Minimum Years of Experience: 1 - 2+ years of lease administration and accounting process and application experience preferred

  • Understand end to end lease management processes with relation to lease administration and lease accounting.
  • Collaborate with PwC US Operations to manage new and lease modification types in the system; identify data gaps that are required for accurate lease administration and accounting.
  • Manage security and system set up for leasing systems to accommodate new changes or new clients onboarding into the system.
  • Ability to abstract lease information from lease documents manually and through our automated Contract Analyzer tool.
  • Be aware of the latest advancements in lease accounting regulations and lease system updates that may impact system configurations.
  • Clearly understand client close cycle due dates and have the able to clearly articulate issues that may arise to the PwC US Operations teams and PwC System teams that may impact those timelines.
  • Drive quick resolution of issues that may arise by recommending possible solutions before acting on system changes.
  • Must be highly organized and detailed oriented to index all changes, ensure all data from client is accurate and actioned timely.
