How you’ll make a difference 

• Lead business performance by delivering on financial targets, driving key metrics and supporting strategic growth.

• Strengthen leadership capability, grow high-performing teams and attract top talent to the group.

• Oversee pipeline and key pursuits, working closely with capture managers to position for major project wins.

• Collaborate across sectors and regions, support project delivery and stay engaged with the market.
