The Business Analyst (Product Design) at SDG will ensure successful project delivery by bridging communication between stakeholders and development teams. Responsibilities include data collection and analysis to identify improvement areas, collaborating on requirements and documentation, presenting data-driven insights to senior management, working with developers for accurate implementation, and evaluating design and process performance using user feedback and metrics. The role requires a strategic mindset, strong analytical skills, and the ability to optimize processes for high-quality project execution. The successful candidate will contribute to the continuous improvement of user experience and product success across SDG's diverse portfolio of social discovery platforms.

We are looking for a Business Analyst
to ensure the successful delivery of development projects by bridging communication between stakeholders and development teams. This role requires a strategic mindset, a strong analytical approach, and the ability to optimize processes for high-quality project execution.

Your Main Tasks Will Be:

  1. Data Collection and Analysis:
    • Gather and analyze business data to identify areas for improvement.
    • Conduct research, including surveys and user interviews, to pinpoint potential issues.
  2. Requirements and Documentation:
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to collect and refine requirements.
    • Produce high-quality technical and business documentation.
  3. Presentations and Recommendations:
    • Present data-driven insights and actionable recommendations to senior management.
    • Create comprehensive reports summarizing findings and suggested solutions.
  4. Collaboration and Implementation:
    • Work closely with developers to ensure the accurate implementation of design specifications.
    • Provide support and training during implementation, monitoring the impact of changes.
  5. Evaluation and Improvement:
    • Evaluate design and process performance using user feedback, UX metrics, and product metrics.
    • Continuously seek opportunities to refine and enhance user experience and product success.

This money can be spent on the rent of the co-working room, on equipping the working place at home (desk, chair, Internet, etc.) during those 3 years;
