The role involves managing and supporting internal IT infrastructure, systems, and tools to ensure operational efficiency, security, and continuous improvement. Key responsibilities include reviewing business requirements, creating and maintaining documentation for Oracle HCM modules, implementing new features, configuring solutions, managing deployments, tailoring system functionalities, and participating in workshops. This role requires a specialist to build technical POC. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between the company's IT strategy and its execution, ensuring successful project and program outcomes, enabling employees to work effectively and securely.
Must have:
  • 5+ years experience in Oracle Fusion HCM.
  • 5+ years experience within Fast Formula.
  • In-depth understanding of Oracle Fast Formulas.
  • Familiarity with formula types and REST APIs.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Job Description

Internal Tech teams manage and support our internal IT infrastructure, systems, and tools, ensuring operational efficiency, security, and continuous improvement, enabling employees to work effectively and securely with up-to-date technology resources. They bridge the gap between the company's overall IT strategy and the execution of that strategy to ensure the company selects and executes the right projects and programs. 

Responsibilities:

  • Review and interpret ongoing business requirements.
  • Create and maintain the necessary documentation related to Oracle HCM module.
  • Implementing new features for the existing Oracle HCM module.
  • Configure solutions and manage production deployments.
  • Tailor system's functionalities to business requirements.
  • Participate in business-related workshops to gather requirements and build technical POC.

Qualifications

 

  • 5+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion HCM
  • 5+ years of experience in within Fast Formula for (Absence, OTL and Compensation module)
  • In-depth understanding of Oracle Fast Formulas (Payroll, Absence, Benefits, Compensation), including debugging and optimization.
  • Familiarity with formula types (Global, User-defined, System-defined) and REST APIs (preferred).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot formulas and reports efficiently.
  • Accuracy in formula logic and future development.
  • Ability to work independently or under minimum supervision.
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the business in English.
