Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Casino & Content Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about the social casino industry, bringing a blend of strategic vision, content creativity, and operational expertise. This role is pivotal in driving player engagement, optimizing game performance, and ensuring our content remains fresh, innovative, and aligned with player preferences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Casino Operations Management:
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of our social casino, ensuring optimal performance across all games and platforms.
  • Monitor and analyze game metrics to drive revenue, player retention, and overall casino performance.
  • Collaborate with the Product and Development teams to identify and implement new game features, promotions, and updates.
  • Manage the casino's game portfolio, including game selection, rotation, and updates to keep the experience engaging and fresh.
  • Content Strategy & Management:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with the brand's vision and enhances the player experience.
  • Create and manage engaging content across various channels, including in-app, social media, email, and website.
  • Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to produce high-quality visual and written content that resonates with our target audience.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities to ensure our content remains innovative and competitive.
  • Player Engagement & Retention:
  • Design and implement promotional campaigns, events, and loyalty programs to boost player engagement and retention.
  • Analyze player feedback, behaviors, and data to continually refine content and game offerings.
  • Foster a vibrant community within the platform by creating interactive and social features that encourage player interaction and competition.
  • Team Collaboration & Leadership:
  • Lead and mentor a team of content creators, community managers, and other relevant roles to ensure alignment and excellence in execution.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, Marketing, and Customer Support, to align strategies and achieve business objectives.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making:
  • Utilize data analytics tools to track performance metrics, player behavior, and content effectiveness.
  • Generate reports and insights to guide decision-making and optimize the casino and content strategy.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a similar role within the social casino, online gaming, or related industry.
  • Strong understanding of casino games, player psychology, and social gaming trends.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement content strategies that drive engagement and retention.
  • Proficiency in using analytics tools to interpret data and inform strategic decisions.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams.
  • Creative mindset with excellent communication, writing, and storytelling abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a proactive and problem-solving attitude.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with content management systems, game management tools, and social media platforms.
  • Knowledge of UX/UI principles and best practices in game design.
  • Familiarity with emerging technologies and trends in the gaming industry, such as blockchain and virtual reality.
