• Growth in number of new distributors and increase in distributor revenue.
• Develop key success criteria for distributor recruitment.
• Have a strong pipeline of potential new distributors fitting to success criteria.
• Onboard new distributors and ensure existing distributors to be self-sufficient in terms of pricing, technical and documentation.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing distributors, providing ongoing support to ensure their meet their aligned GDA order and revenue targets.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to develop and execute joint marketing and sales initiatives for distributors.
• Monitor and analyse market trends, competitor activities and customer feedback to identify new opportunities and adjust distributor strategies accordingly.
