  • Stay up-to-date with gaming industry trends, pop culture, and internet phenomena
  • Collaborate with marketing and development teams to align community efforts with overall Studio goals
  • Analyze community metrics and provide regular reports on engagement and growth

Requirements:

  • Fluency in English (speaking, writing, and comprehension).
  • Deep passion for video games and extensive knowledge of gaming culture.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to adapt tone and style across different platforms.
  • Strong understanding of social media best practices and platform-specific content creation.
  • Ability to craft witty, engaging messages while maintaining professionalism and sensitivity.
  • Empathetic approach to community management with a talent for de-escalation.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
  • Resilience in handling challenging situations and difficult community members.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in community management, preferably in the gaming industry.
  • Familiarity with asset creation for social media (graphics, video editing).
  • Knowledge of community management tools and analytics platforms.

Benefits (Some benefits vary by location*)

  • Flexible working hours.
  • 15 paid vacation days.
  • Medical and dental benefits.
  • Snack Bar.
  • Well-being programs.
  • Family-friendly working environment.
  • A no-crunch employer. We believe in maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
