This role focuses on game community and social media operations. Responsibilities include researching game social media and community trends, planning operational strategies based on game characteristics, analyzing competitor social media and community tactics, optimizing strategies to maintain competitiveness, planning social media events and community activities, ensuring effectiveness evaluations, building diverse feedback channels, collecting player feedback to optimize game interaction, developing user operation plans to support retention, conversion, reactivation and revenue growth, and collaborating with R&D and marketing departments to ensure smooth game community and social media operations. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in game community or social media operations, preferably with IP game experience, strong understanding of industry trends and data, excellent logical thinking, ability to interpret data and analyze game products, passion for games, deep understanding and creativity in game community and social media, independent ability to drive game community optimization and commercial layout, and excellent communication, collaboration and KPI-oriented skills.
