This Global Publishing PM role (based in Japan) focuses on developing and executing game launch strategies tailored to the Japanese market. Responsibilities include expanding and maintaining publishing resources in Japan, building and managing the Japanese game community (Discord, Twitter, etc.), monitoring public opinion, and acquiring high-quality users. The ideal candidate possesses at least 3 years of community management experience, a deep understanding of game publishing platforms, and excellent communication skills in both Japanese and English. The role requires a passion for gaming, strong understanding of PC and mobile games, and the ability to quickly identify user preferences. Experience with overseas community publishing processes is a plus.
