Job Responsibilities
1. 制定并执行创新的PC游戏活动策略,包括游戏内活动、促销和社区活动;
2. 与市场营销、开发和社区管理等跨部门团队协作,确保活动成功实施;
3.分析玩家数据和反馈,以优化活动表现和玩家满意度;
4.与欧美合作伙伴和发行商协调,以确保活动目标和执行一致;
5.管理项目时间表、预算和资源,确保活动按时交付且符合范围;
6.创建与活动相关的策略,执行方案;
7. 监测活动表现指标,并能及时根据表现提出解决方案;
1. 本科及以上学历,游戏设计、市场营销或相关领域;
2. 3年以上游戏运营或活动策划经验,优先考虑PC游戏行业经验;
3. 良好的英语沟通能力,包括书面和口头表达;
4. 有与欧美游戏发行商或开发者合作的成功经验;
5. 出色的组织能力和对细节的关注;
6. 能够分析数据并得出可行的见解;
7. 对游戏充满热情,并理解玩家社区。
