Job Description

Activision is seeking a highly skilled 3D Character Artist with 10+ years of experience to create high-quality 3D characters using software such as ZBrush, Maya, and 3ds Max. Responsibilities include collaborating with supervisors to enhance game quality, utilizing materials and lighting to improve visual effects, establishing quality standards, optimizing workflows, guiding team members, and ensuring characters meet expectations. The ideal candidate possesses strong artistic skills, understands game design trends, has excellent design sense, and excels in lighting and color design. A traditional art background and ability to provide rendering solutions based on character personality are essential. The role also involves problem-solving, innovative design, effective communication, and teamwork.

Must have:

Proficient in ZBrush, Maya, 3ds Max
10+ years experience
Strong artistic skills
Excellent lighting & design skills
Team leadership & mentorship

Good to have:

Experience with After Effects
Traditional art background

岗位职责:

· 能够熟练运用ZBrush,Maya,3DMax等主流软件创作高质量的3D人物。

· 和主管紧密合作，调试及提升游戏产品的质量。

· 通过材质，灯光等多种手段的结合提升产品整体的显示效果与艺术氛围。

· 帮助制定和提升3D产品的质量参考标准。

· 优化及协助创作的工作规范与流程，确保团队成员吸收和使用该流程。

· 确保对象能展示出期望得到的效果并对其进行渲染工作。

· 指导和培养团队的其他成员。

任职资格：

· 熟练掌握各种相关制作软件3DMAX, Zbrush, MAYA, PHOTOSHOP，AfterEffect等

· 扎实的美术功底，对主流游戏中的流行元素有一定的积累，拥有出色的设计感及整体把控能力，具有10年以上相关工作经验

· 具备较强的灯光布局及设计能力，色彩感觉良好

· 具备传统美术功底

· 拥有优秀的美术欣赏水平和鉴赏能力，对美术品质有高水准要求

· 能针对游戏人物的性格和职业为其设计渲染方案

其他要求：

· 具备独立解决问题的能力

· 能够想象、设计、构思新的方案、理念、模型、设计和流程

· 具备对个人工作进度整体把握的能力

· 能和市场团队及开发部门进行高效的沟通

· 拥有一定英语口头和书面的交流能力

· 具备追求高品质，高效率，不断学习的工作态度

· 具备适应改变的能力，能响应制作上的各种需求

· 具备良好的团队意识，协作完成团队任务

· 能和同事友好相处，共同完成同一目标的能力
