Job Description

This Global Publishing PM (Japan) role requires at least 3 years of community management experience (Discord, Twitter etc.), a deep understanding of game publishing platforms, and expertise in building and communicating with game communities. Responsibilities include developing game launch strategies for the Japanese market, expanding publishing resources in Japan, managing Japanese community and KOL operations, monitoring public opinion and building global communities. The ideal candidate possesses strong communication skills in Japanese and English and is passionate about games with extensive PC and mobile gaming experience. They should be able to quickly grasp user preferences, plan community operations, and ensure smooth team collaboration.

Must Have:

3+ years community management experience
Deep understanding of game publishing platforms
Excellent communication (Japanese & English)
Extensive PC/Mobile gaming experience
Strong community building skills

What the Role Entails

業務内容

1. 日本市場の特性や動向、日本のユーザーニーズに基づいたゲームローンチ戦略の策定

2. 日本におけるパブリッシングリソースの拡大と維持を担当（ベンダー、リソース提供者などを含むが、これに限らない）、製品のリリースとデベロップメントを推進する

3. 日本のコミュニティやコンテンツ、KOL運営の手法を把握し、新しいゲームの海外コミュニティ構築、ユーザー運営、公式アカウント運営、高品質ユーザー獲得、世論情報モニタリングなどを担当

4. 日本を含めて海外コミュニティのパブリッシング経験（全体のプロセス、パブリッシングリソースなど）を整理し、蓄積

Who We Look For

応募条件

1. 3年以上のコミュニティ（DiscordやTwitterなど）運営経験があり、ゲームのパブリッシングプラットフォームに精通し、ゲームコミュニティの構築やユーザーとのコミュニケーションについて深い理解がある

2. ゲームが好きで、PCおよびモバイルゲーム経験が豊富；新しいゲームに対する感覚が鋭く、迅速にユーザーの好みを把握し、コミュニティ運営プランを策定する能力がある

3. 優れたコミュニケーション能力を持ち、チーム間のコミュニケーションと協力を円滑に行うことができる

4. 日本語および英語を用いたコミュニケーション能力に優れている
