The services student primarily supports the Kiryat Gat service operation.
Their responsibilities include issuing purchase orders to assist with budget management, organizing fairs and special events, managing day-to-day activities in the fitness room, providing IFM PO support, and overseeing project management tasks within the team.
The goal is to support the services team in their daily activities related to dining, transportation, IFM, and SPGC disciplines.
This will be accomplished using a data systems approach.
Additionally, the individual will enhance our team's capabilities in quality management and dashboard utilization.
They will also assist with publications on Viva Engage and SharePoint. Furthermore, they will contribute to team development days and add overall value.
Minimum Qualifications:
- A student in the field of social sciences, communication, business administration, etc.
- Minimum 2 years for graduation Availability for minimum 3 days a week
- Technical skills-knowledge
