Job Summary

Job Description

Smilegate Entertainment is seeking an experienced UI Designer for their Crossfire 2 project. The role involves creating and optimizing UI widgets within Unreal Engine 5's UMG system, designing UI resources, and ensuring a seamless user experience. The ideal candidate will possess at least 5 years of experience in game UI art, a strong understanding of Unreal Engine 4/5, and the ability to collaborate effectively with developers and designers. Responsibilities include prototyping, creating assets, and optimizing UI for live service. The position requires proficiency in graphic tools, material and UMG usage, and a focus on UX design alongside UI creation.

Must have:

5+ years game UI art experience
Unreal Engine 4/5 experience
UMG & Material expertise
Proficiency in graphic tools
UX-focused design skills
Strong communication skills

Good to have:

Shooter game genre experience
Openness to innovative approaches

- 그래픽 툴을 활용한 UI 리소스 드로잉 능력 - Unreal Engine 5 UI 시스템에 대한 높은 이해 - 머티리얼, UMG를 활용한 UI 연출 능력 - 단순한 UI 리소스 제작이 아닌 UX를 고려한 디자인 능력 - 빠른 프로토타이핑 및 반복 작업 능력 - 기획자 및 개발자와의 원활하고 적극적인 의사소통 능력 - 긍정적인 시너지를 낼 수 있는 협업 마인드

우대사항

- 슈터 장르의 코어팬 - 슈터 장르 제작 경험 - 차별화 시도에 대한 오픈 마인드
