Customer Support Engineer—AWS, Kubernetes (remote Europe)

We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer to provide both internal and customer-facing technical support. You will become a product expert in connecting cost sources (AWS, GCP, Azure, MongoDB, Datadog, etc.) and Kubernetes, helping customers optimize their workflows and get the most out of our platform.

Location: Remote position open to candidates in Europe.

What Will You Do? 🔧

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for customers, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
• Become a product expert in cloud cost management and Kubernetes. Use this knowledge to assist customers, improve documentation, and enhance the overall product experience.
• Assist customers in building scripts and automation tools leveraging our APIs.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts using Python.
• Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices, continuously evolving in a fast-paced environment.
• Provide valuable feedback to product and engineering teams to improve functionality and user experience.
• Maintain internal knowledge bases and training materials to support common technical inquiries.
• Ensure CRM database accuracy by updating and maintaining records as per internal guidelines.

What You Bring 🎯

• Previous experience as a Technical Support Engineer, Professional Services Engineer, or similar role in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Strong proficiency in AWS services, with hands-on experience in identity and access management (GCP and Azure experience is a plus).
• Hands-on experience deploying and managing applications in Kubernetes, including EKS, GKE, and AKS.
• Proficiency in Python or similar scripting languages.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• A problem-solver mindset, with a passion for tackling complex technical challenges.
• Ability to work autonomously, take ownership of tasks, and deliver results.
• Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to prioritize, organize, and execute multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-moving environment.
• A continuous improvement mindset, with resilience and adaptability to achieve results through challenges.
• Fluent English skills (written & verbal).
