This position involves developing software and scripts for automated detection and quantification of features in microelectronic packages using state-of-the-art analytical systems. The responsibilities include developing artificial intelligence / machine learning (AI/ML) and deep learning algorithms and frameworks for data analysis to develop predictive algorithms. The candidate will be extracting insights from structured and unstructured data, applying statistics, machine learning, and coding techniques, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify analytical gaps. The candidate will conduct experiments and oversee the implementation of solutions. The role requires problem-solving, good communication, teamwork, and the ability to deliver under pressure.
Must have:
  • Master's degree in computer science or related field
  • Six months experience in Python, C/C++, Java, SQL, JavaScript, or Matlab
  • Six months experience with PyTorch and TensorFlow
  • Six months experience with database management and development using MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB
  • One year of experience with machine learning / artificial intelligence tools
  • Six months experience with deep learning methodologies
Good to have:
  • Three months experience with feature detection automation on imaging datasets
  • Three months experience with ultrasound imaging equipment

Job Description: 

This is a position in which the candidate will use software and develop custom scripts for the automated detection and quantification of features in microelectronic packages obtained with state-of-the-art analytical systems. You will be responsible to develop artificial intelligence / machine learning (AI/ML), deep learning training algorithms, applications, and inference frameworks to analyze data and develop predictive algorithms to identify major modulators and develop methodologies to automate the analysis and quantification of targeted features in nondestructive imaging datasets. You will be extracting insights from structured and unstructured data by quickly synthesizing large volumes of data, and applying statistics, machine learning and coding techniques. You will collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to identify analytical gaps and opportunities for improvement using AI/ML protocols, develop innovative solutions, conduct laboratory experiments to validate numerical results, and oversee the successful implementation of these solutions.

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Must have a master's in computer science, Data Science, or related field.
  • Minimum six months of experience in Python, C/C++, Java, SQL, JavaScrip, Matlab programming.
  • Minimum six months of experience on PyTorch and TensorFlow.
  • Minimum six months of in database management and development using tools like MySQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB.
  • Minimum one year of experience using machine learning / artificial intelligence tools.
  • Six months of experience using deep learning methodologies.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Minimum three months of experience on feature detection automation on imaging datasets obtained with 2D/3D X-ray systems.
  • Minimum 3 months of experience with ultrasound imaging equipment.


Requirements listed would be obtained through a combination of industry relevant job experience, internship experiences and or schoolwork/classes/research.

$98,390.00-$138,900.00

Salary range dependent on a number of factors including location and experience.
