We are looking for an experienced DevOps Group Leader to join our growing R&D department of the DatAdvantage Cloud.
In this managerial role, you will be responsible for leading DevOps Team (managed by Devops Team Leads), SRE and FinOps.

Responsibilities

Lead and mentor of growing team responsible for all Devops aspects and also DevSecOps and SecOps.
Collaborate with various engineering teams on designing and implementing new features for our cloud platform.
Oversee the implementation of applications, integrations, and interfaces across our web ecosystem.
Fully automate critical systems processes to improve service performance, monitoring, scalability, and overall stability of our cloud platform.
Refine and improve our continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) to streamline deployment and product release cycles.
Roll out a standardized approach to security for the cloud.

Requirements

5+ years of experience managing a DevOps team in an Agile environment.
Expertise in AWS - good knowledge in basics (vpc, ec2, iam, s3), RDS, Lambda, Api GW, CodeBuild, EKS, Route53, CloudFront, SecretManager and ALB
Ability to manage multiple projects of varying scopes concurrently.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Linux/Unix experience, including command line and shell scripting.
Knowledge of Infrastructure Provisioning Tools (Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar)
Experience in building, running and scaling microservices using K8s (clusters, pods, Helm, etc…)
Experience putting together build pipelines (Jenkins, Git, etc…)
Knowledge of systems security and experience managing VPN/PKI infrastructure
Experience with Systems Monitoring/Alerting (ELK, DataDog, Splunk, Grafana, CloudWatch, etc…)
Experience managing SQL and noSQL databases in the cloud (RDS, DynamoDB, Elastic, MemCache)

Advantage

Advanced scripting skills (Bash, Python)
Experience with Streaming and queue solutions in the cloud (Kafka, Confluent, RabbitMQ)
