The role also involves monitoring campaign performance, delivering regular reports, and using analytics tools for continuous improvement.

About the Role:

The Digital Campaigns Executive will play a key role in planning, executing, and analysing digital marketing campaigns to promote MacEd’s brands, products, and services. This role involves developing, implementing, tracking, and optimizing campaigns across various digital channels.

The ideal candidate will combine creative thinking—with support from the brand team—to conceptualize impactful demand generation campaigns, with strong analytical skills to ensure measurable results. They should be comfortable crafting solution-focused copy, conducting A/B testing across digital platforms, and tailoring messaging to meet the needs of distinct audience segments. Collaboration with regional sales and marketing staff will also be essential to ensure effective campaign implementation.

This role can be in our Warsaw office on a hybrid working model

Role Responsibilities
 

Campaign Planning and Strategy

  • Collaborate with brand and local marketing teams to understand campaign objectives, target audiences, and overarching marketing goals for MacEd products and services.

  • Develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with the core brand promises of MacEd.

  • Create detailed campaign plans, including timelines, budgets, and clearly defined key performance indicators (KPIs).
     

Campaign Execution

  • Execute and manage digital campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, email, SEO, and display advertising.

  • Work closely with local stakeholders to ensure effective on-the-ground implementation of digital strategies.

  • Coordinate with creative teams to develop compelling content and assets, and explore innovative approaches to delivering brand messages.
     

Analytics and Reporting

  • Monitor and analyse campaign performance metrics, delivering regular reports to senior stakeholders and regional teams.

  • Leverage analytics tools to gain insights into user behaviour, campaign effectiveness, and opportunities for continuous improvement.

Experience, Skills & Qualifications

Essential

  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, techniques, and best practices.

  • Excellent copywriter able to tailor messaging to meet the needs of diverse customer segments.

  • Proficient in analysing data, reporting insights, and making data-driven recommendations.

  • Skilled in influencing senior stakeholders through creative campaign concepts.

  • Confident in owning and delivering digital-first demand generation campaigns from ideation to execution.
     

Desirable

  • Experience conceptualizing and pitching campaigns, ideally in an agency or fast-paced marketing environment.

  • Familiarity with building campaigns for digital platforms and ecosystems.

  • Hands-on experience with SEO, PPC, display advertising, and social media marketing.

  • Proficiency with marketing automation tools.

  • Background in ELT (English Language Teaching) or educational publishing is a plus but not required.
