We are seeking a Director of Global CXO Programs to join our Global CXO Programs team. Reporting to the Sr. Director of Global CXO Programs, you will be responsible for:

• Driving the strategy, planning, and execution of global executive programs, including CXO Summits, customer advisory boards, and specialized events
• Building and nurturing impactful relationships with C-level customers to elevate Zscaler’s position as a trusted advisor
• Leading cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Sales, Product, and leadership teams to align priorities and deliver exceptional executive experiences
• Managing end-to-end event logistics, tailored content, executive speaker preparation, and follow-up strategy
• Developing and iterating on best practices to maximize customer engagement and program impact

What We’re Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)

• 8+ years of relevant experience in high-touch executive programs or C-level engagements
• Proven ability to communicate effectively in diverse formats and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Experience delivering high-quality programming both independently and collaboratively in global teams
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Willingness to travel internationally and collaborate across EMEA and APJ regions

• Demonstrated expertise in driving measurable business outcomes through executive-level programming
